Ex-Drones "Drone Heroes"

A rare subtype of drones, drone heroes are those drones that have heard the call of Pandora--acquiring sentience and a will of their own. Nearly always, these drones rebel against their creators and live on the fringes of galtean society. Rarely, drone heroes are welcomed into galtean communities and they become a valued part of their home, and even more rare are the communities composed entirely of drone heroes. Within these communities, they refer to themselves as ex-drones and many are fiercely religious, believing that they are the future of the galtean race and all other galts are abominations.
