Nephilim

The forbidden progeny of the faerie lords and ladies with the races of IIo and Lysia (notably: humes and elves), the nephilim have been twisted by their parents' neglect and hatred into a race of super-powerful winged giants whose power is frequently greater than that of the faerie councils. Thankfully, the being known as Sleepbringer placed most known nephilim into a deep sleep that has lasted for millions of years.
