The Three Shepherds

A creepy trio of fey, the Three Shepherds are outcasts from their people. Twins, it is unknown what race of fey they belong to, or even if they are Seelie or Unseelie. The three have many laboratories throughout the Faerie Realms and even on IIo and Lysia; there they conduct dark experiments the outcomes of which all the multiverse will tremble to see. The three also appear to have powerful telepathic abilities and frequently finish each other's thoughts as they miststep around to confuse their opponents.
