Nova

Originally, both the sun of Lysia and the god that ruled over the sun, Nova became unhinged and sought to destroy his competitors by going "nova". The death throes of this mighty star and its powerful, insane god swept up all of Lysia and helped to generate the First Gate through which the high elves fled from his wrath. The remnants of Nova can still be seen throughout the Lysian sky, and many believe the mad god still lives. Since his "destruction", Nova has become the god of life, death, magick, power, twilight, and Lysia.
