Sleepbringer

The impossibly powerful nephilim resulting from the unions of Faerie Lords and Ladies and mortal mates plagued the Faerie Realms, IIo, and Lysia for millennia. They could not be stopped, until Sleepbringer came upon them. Knowing it would be nigh impossible to destroy or kill the nephilim, Sleepbringer placed them into a deep comatose sleep from which most would never awaken. Some say that Sleepbringer ultimately met his end at the hands of a nephilim, but not before taking care of nearly all of the nephilim inhabiting IIo and Lysia. The Faerie Realms remain the only location where any significant population of nephilim exist.
