Golgard, the lightning city, founded by the god, Golem. Golgard is believed to be the oldest hume city on IIo, and is located above a great labyrinth that is a remnant from the Golden Age of Humeity. Golgard is well known for its lightning towers, which harvest energy from the near constant thunderstorms as well as direct the lightning away from Golgard's denizens. The lightning tech of Golgard is some of the most advanced technology available to humes.
