Hades

Hades is the closest robotic settlement to the Tree of Knowledge at the South Pole of IIo, but remains in the inhospitable regions of that continent. Several times throughout its history, Hades has expressed strong desires to break off from the Promethean Empire, but so far has remained a vassal. Hades is most famous for its weapons development, and one of the causes for tension between Hades and the Promethean Empire is the outlawing of WMDs.
