Tartarus

An Olympia floating above the chaotic waves of the ocean near the Undying Storm. Tartarus was created solely to study the Undying Storm and the Raïmgis. As the closest city to the Raïmgis, Tartarus has been infiltrated by creatures of the Nether Realms.
