Throne of IIo

A giant mesa rising above the Pedorian Plains, the Throne of IIo is a holy site to all races in the region around it, including: laorcs, dwarves, sylvan elves, centaurs, lizardfolk, ranines, orcs of Bershidai, and the Ursa. Atop the Throne of IIo is a massive dome that appears as a great diamond from a distance. This dome is known as the Crown of IIo or the Tear of Arcturus, and it is known to absorb energy from both the sun and the moon, but no one knows where that energy goes.
